These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Sketcher is owned and operated by Jasmina Susak, who is the CEO, Founder, lead developer, and designer. Sketcher is a browser-based web application for artists. Jasmina Susak is responsible for all site content, tool development, and is the sole recipient of subscription payments.
The Sketcher website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is designed with a Privacy First philosophy. We do not directly use cookies or intentionally collect personal data from visitors.
Important: Reference photos uploaded to Sketcher are not stored, saved, or uploaded to any database. Sketcher works directly in your web browser using JavaScript, which means image processing happens locally on your device. For this reason, JavaScript must be enabled for the tool to function correctly.
To improve our service, we use limited third-party tools: Google Analytics for traffic insights and Flag Counter for visitor statistics. These third-party services may place their own cookies to function properly.
Our membership area is powered by the WP Simple Membership plugin. When you subscribe, we collect your email address strictly for account management and access to the Sketcher web app.
Payments for Sketcher subscriptions are processed securely via PayPal and Stripe payment buttons. Sketcher does not store or process credit card information directly.
Subscription payments are non-refundable!
Fair Use Limit: To ensure system stability and prevent commercial exploitation, members are limited to 3 reference photo uploads per day. Members may generate and download unlimited sketch versions from those uploads for personal and commercial artistic use in their own artwork. Reselling the generated sketches or guidelines is strictly prohibited.
Canceling within the app alone isn't sufficient. Those subscribed through PayPal must also cancel via their PayPal account. If you paid via Stripe button and card, please contact us to assist you with cancellation.
Please note: Cancelling your subscription results in immediate loss of access to the app. We recommend waiting until the end of your current paid period before cancelling.
While we strive for accuracy, Jasmina Susak and Sketcher make no warranties about the completeness or precision of the sketches generated. Use of the Site and its tools is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
